Paper exercises consists of an unedited conversational dialogue with astrophysicist Ian Elliot, as both participants participate in an attempt to illustrate the Theory of Relativity in a schematic drawing. The drawing itself is placed tightly within the camera’s frame as we see its development over time. The paper exercise makes no attempt to represent space in a pictorial way, but instead acts as a schematic diagram that aims to convey the issues of two simultaneous events.
